Join us as we honor Black History Month with a week of themed dress-up days that celebrate Black culture, history, and achievements. Black History Month is a time to reflect on the contributions and resilience of Black individuals throughout history and to embrace cultural pride and unity.

Monday, February 3
📅 #BlackOut – Wear all black to kick off the week.
Tuesday, February 4
📅 #Pan African Flag Day – Celebrate by wearing red, green, and/or black, the colors of the Pan African flag.
Wednesday, February 5
📅 #Black Royalty – Dress as the kings and queens you are!
Thursday, February 6
📅 #Dress to Impress – Show up in your best attire! Wear slacks, button-up shirts, ties, skirts, dresses, or blouses. (No jeans or sandals).
Friday, February 7
📅 #HBCU/Divine 9 Day – Represent your favorite HBCU, wear the colors of your favorite sorority or fraternity, or a Black History Month t-shirt.
Monday, February 10
📅 #Black Notables – Dress as your favorite notable Black American or character from a book, movie, or sitcom (examples: President Obama, Steve Urkel, Fresh Prince). Must be school-appropriate.
Tuesday, February 11
📅 #Dashiki Day – Wear African print/attire or a Black History Month t-shirt.
